Create a PSI Ball, then design a thought form, but make it so it forms as so it will be stuck inside you (choose location of a point of chakra) When it forms around he chakra, it becomes part of the chakra_


You must then remove it from within you, and away form the chakra, before it is absorbed, you will now feel a link to it when using that chakra_ You have bound a familiar thought form, and may enjoy a long lasting compainion (REMEMEBER TO FEED IT FROM CHAKRA POINT VIA CONNECTION OR IT WILL DIE!)
