Casting Instructions for 'Summoning Spirit Guide'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • White candles
  • Circle of leaves
  • Salt or sugar

Sit down make sure your mind is clear. Then when you're done light your candle or candles and put them around the circle of leaves if you have one put it in front of you. Then thow salt or sugar in between the circle signifying your sommouning only pureness then follow this with these words:

"Great elements present,
Great ansestors thats thine,
Now my plea is unto thee,
Show me the spirit I wish to see"

Do not expect it to work the first time, to connect with your spirit guide you need to be in the right state. Doing this once on a whim will result in nothing. Do not get discouraged, meditate daily, do energy work, balance your chakras, coupled with this you should connect with your guide. You might also consider a guided meditation class, reiki healing, or even a teacher who specializes in spiritual connections of this nature, but of course never work with someone you find online who claims to be the answer to your problems, there are so many scammers in the metaphysical world.

You also need some experience with working with inner energy otherwhise it might not work, also imagine the dragon full of energy and put some of your energy into it (kind of like when you transfer energy to a object. Then you will be able to use the energy later (this requires a lot of meditation)

Energy working, and chakra clearing, are best described as journeys undertaken. While the first couple of steps are easy, it takes a practice of taking those steps over and over while you learn through exploration, study, and experience.

The first step is meditation and mindfulness. Practice being still, and relaxed. Work on bringing your thoughts to the present moment. Be observant of your body and its sensations.

Next step is guiding that focus. Through visualization or just specific thought make use of your relaxed, meditative state towards a specific goal. Study about the chakras, about energy, about reiki, auyerveda, and other energy-working practices. Try out the ideas and meditations you read about. Think about your experiences. Refine your ideas. Practice again. Repeat endlessly, on at least a semi-regular basis.
