Go to a place that is yours and alone. Place the pic or drawing of your servant/friend somewherfe and say: "Gods, I ask you to bring this servant/friend to life. Let their name be (name). Bring them to life. May they be invisible to the naked eye. So mote it be"

Servants need sleep and food just like everyone else. Tend to them, and try to talk once in a while. Geting rid of your servant - all you have to do is make a small doll like this and burn said thing in a fire place or in a pit then your servant will be destroyed.

I think they're talking about servitors which are like thoughtforms, basically you pool your energy to create something to do a specific task [help me fix my car, protect the house, keep my room clean] and they help achieve the goal [it won't be a physical you see them moving stuff, you'll just find your room stays cleaner longer, you house feels safer, you bump into someone who can fix your car asap] once they compete their task, without being charged with energy [can be done by offering them stuff or just working with them] they will vanish.

what type of doll do you need to get rid of it? Can it be like a barbie doll or something?

Can't you just put their name on a piece of paper and burn it???

can it help you with something like becoming successful in exams or fulfilling something you want to do in life?
