You will need the following items for this spell:
- 2 white candles
- Some incense (it doesn't matter what kind)

- Some incense (it doesn't matter what kind)
Sit cross-legged on the floor or any where so long and your very close to the ground. Now light both the candles and place them just in front of you side by side. Then light the incense and hold on to it while you chant this twice:
"I am good, I am clean,
You are my fifth element unseen,
Accept this gift that you see
In return please protect me.
Blessed be."
