Wind Summoning
This spell allows you to control the wind in a single area for a period of time. Takes lots of persistence and concentration.

Go to a place with no wind, then concentrate very hard. Feel the wind surging around you, building up with energy until you wish to release it; when you do, chant 2 times: "Wind, wind come to me. Let me control you, move you, obey me as I please, so mote it be".
Afterward the wind will do as obeyed whether it make a pleasant breeze or a violent storm. But remember, this spell takes time to learn. You might want to practice for five minutes every day, and at the most you should have the wind obey you freely as possible by a week or two.
