Put everything in the bag. Say:

Now, blow on the bag and carry it when you feel your in need of luck.

This works. Be sure to focus your energy as you do this. When the bag is done, you can carry it or leave it in your home. I suggest in a bowl of money to attract wealth unless you are using it for other types of luck.
