You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Dark Magick Summoning Circle
  • 6 Red Candles
  • A Cup Of Your Own Blood

  • A Cup Of Your Own Blood

Find the the place where you plan to cast the spell. Then draw the magick circle in the dirt/or sand. Place the candles around the magick circle. The you take the blood and fill the lines with the blood till you run out or till lines are full. Then chant:

"Malphas latus meum et vocavi te facere iussu . Ego praecipio tibi et in nomine Domini Lucifer XL legiones disperdes inimicos meos singillatim acerbissima modis fieri potest."

Wouldnt you die if you had a whole cup of your own blood

You wouldn't die, but you certainly would not be feeling brilliant. I cannot say enough that this kind of spell that calls for blood, especially in this quantity is not recommended and can be exceptionally unsafe and potentially harmful for you and anyone around.

I doubt this works. For your own safety, should you desire to curse someone, pick a different spell instead of testing this one.
