Make some dark psi, and whisper into it: "make me a (desired animal)"
at least 50 times, and then absorb the dark psi into your body.
within 3 days you will turn into the animal you choose.

What is dark psi?

I'd assume it is a psi ball charged with negative energy.

You cannot transform into another animal.
