WATER

AIR
"Power of air,
I bring forth your fierce energy
To help me________________.
So mote it be!"

EARTH
"Power of earth,
I ask of your calming energy
To aid me in_________________.
So mote it be!"

Then stretch out your hands and mold it into a ball shape.
