Okay, close your eyes and imagine clouds coming and rain following, say:

'North, east, south, west. I call upon the gods of wind and water. (Can substitute for specific god) Make it rain, make it fall with the ability to cool the ground and all.

'North, east, south, west. I call upon the goddess' of wind and water. (Can substitute for specific goddess) Make it rain, make it fall with the ability to cool the ground and all.

As I wish it, so mote it be.'
