Casting Instructions for 'Wind Knots'

Start a knot on the length of rope and wait for a breeze. When it comes quickly finish the knot. You must make three knots for it to work (I don't know if there is a limit to the amount of knots). To release the wind simply untie the knot. Its power is proportional to the strength of the wind when it was captured.
