This is a simple spell to stun your enimeis but,Caution...IF USED MORE THAN ONCE ON THE SAME PERSON IT CAN CAUSE A SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH! Don't use this spell for play!

Focus all of your energy into your wand next will your energy to shoot out and imagine it going into the targets body and freezing his/her insides.( Works best if you are in a cold temeratured area and if your wand has a crystal). For practicing this spell just start out in an open space and try to focus all the energies around you coming through your whole body and into your wand and then breath in deeply wand suddenly push out as much air as possible forcing the energy away ( I've tried this spell before and it worked) don't use this spell for play it is very dangerous and karma will come back around on you if used incorrectly!
