Hold your moon stone up to the full moon at midnight, and say: "I no longer want to be (whatever you are). I would now like to turn back into the normal (whatever your name is)."

This is nonsense and does not work. You are you, saying you want to be ''normal'' while holding a crystal will do nothing. A spell cannot physically transform you into anything, so you do not need a spell to change back because nothing happened to begin with. If you wish to change, do some reflection, meditation, journaling, shadow work, and other forms of self reflection to learn about who you are and what you want.
