Light your black candle and face the candle flame so it reflects in the candle.
The spell:

  "The face you show is not yours. The time is now to show who you truly are. Let others see the man/woman that I know and see. No more lies shall leave your lips. Only you when you speak. On the Goddess Isis (or your deity) I command this now. This is my will power.
So mote it be."

What do we do with the mirror? It doesn't say.

It looks like a typo. The intent Is to light the candle, and place the mirror so that it reflects the candle flame. You look at (and concentrate on) the reflection of the candle for the spell as you are trying to will that the oerson/target 'reflects' their true self instead of a false-made image.

Personally I would add a detail that ideally you would want to use a black candle and a black mirror (like a very polished slice of obsidian, or a blackened steel/deep-blue mirror) along with the black candle. The candle would blend in with the mirror, making the flame reflection stand out as if it was floating there on its own. As if a 'soul' within, being revealed without. However those kinds of mirror can be a challenge to find. So another option would be to angle the mirror and the angle you look at it from so that it only reflects the flame and as little of the physical candle as you can manage. You are using the spell to address the 'soul' or 'true person' inside to reveal itself.
