So first gather energy in your heart a lot of it as much as possible. Then let it all go and it will spread through your body you won't feel anything. Then charge energy from anything.
You can once you energy hits level one your are in your super form. You will be faster stronger smarter and if you have your third eye open then you will see a different energy then you've seen before. Without a third eye open you will feel the power and some times see the aura of glowing golden power
