Write down the person's name whom is giving you a hard time on the piece of paper. Wrap the piece of paper with gentle care and place it a bowl of sugar. Place the bowl of sugar next to your candle ( colour of your choice ) and chant the following incantation.

Magickal universe with powers that be

Weave a spell of sweet thoughts 

And warmth towards me

So mote it be
