And what's a wolf totem?
A symbol, spiritual being or sacred object used to represent families, clans, stories, spiritual guides, or in another spiritual way. Regarding a wolf totem, it would represent the spirit guide who would assist you on your spiritual journey. Spirit guides, spirit animals, and spirit totems are all traditionally native and shamanistic in nature, and while anyone can have one, there is an argument to be made about cultural appropriation. Please research and soul search before grabbing any old wolf statue and claiming it as your totem.
Can I shift back into human form or do I stay stuck as a wolf
you can't physically transform into a wolf with magick. if this worked, it would be astral or mental, so you shouldn't have to worry about changing back, you'll always be human.
Rylea, physical transformation is not possible with Real Magic. As Nekoshema stated, you could transform on other planes of existence such as mentally or astrally, but never physically as it would defy nature, which is not possible with Magic on the physical plane.

Nekoshema what are you talking about if you don't believe in such thing then get off this spell yes you can turn back cause with my own eyes I've seen my brothers eyes turned white
Growing up I believed in werewolves, but I've learned they're not physical beings. I replied to a comment, nothing wrong with that. Also ''seen my brother's eyes turned white'' doesn't make sense let alone prove anything.
