First, get your rose and smudge it. Get a bowl and feel it with water. After that put the smudged rose into the water.Then stir it with your spoon for 1 minute. Then poor clear nail polish inside the bowl. Stir it for 30 seconds. Then pour the bowl into your bottle.Then pour the silver glitter into the bottle. Then Chant this two times ''Glitter,Glitter, shine like a star and become one so mote it be'' Then put the cap on the bottle and shake it. Then chant once ''I shall make this my beautiful cosmic Galaxy Nail Polish so mote it be!''

Me too. You could enchant it to make yourself seem more attractive or something like that, but this itself is just instructions on making nail polish.

ikr seems like a waste of nail polish and just a tutorial

Smudging is closed. They are referring to smoke cleansing. Regardless, this does not work as outlined.
