First cast the areokinesis spell. Then focus imagine you are standing on a platform of air. Then chant: "Spirits of the wind become my wings and grant me flight." You should be floating at least an inch above the ground if not repeat until you do. Continous practice will eventually allow you to fly many feet above the ground.
