Sit in the center of the triangle and chant this spell 3 times...

"As flame lights shadow,
and truth ends fear.
Open lost thoughts to my
minds willing ear.
May the smoke from this candle,
and to everywhere creep.

to my mind and speech."

If your energy is strong and you focused on the spell it will work

This is not possible, you cannot hear other peoples thoughts. Even if it was possible, you would need to strengthen your sixth sense with practice. Saying ''make me psychic'' would not give you special powers.
