If you do this during the day, you can form a hot psi ball. Conversely, if you do this during the night you can form a cold psi ball. 

Find a place you can concentrate. Place your hands into a position like seen on Dragonball Z. Close your eyes, open your mind and clear your thoughts. Now, i,agnie your hands are full of fire/ice. Concentrate on this to will your energy into a ball.
