Calming Confidence Spell

Sit, lay or stand in a comfortable position.
 Close your eyes and take slow deep calming breathes feeling your chest rising and falling.
feel energy building in your chest.
 Try to harness this energy and spreead it through out your body
and chant while doing this:

"Lord above,
 Grant me wit beyond measure, power to treasure,
bucket loads of confidence
protection that will never brake
and love to cheerish forever more,
 So mote it be!"
 

Once you have chanted this and you feel a definate sense of power flowing within your body making you feel as though you are practically glowing then the spell should have worked.
 Once you feel ready open your eyes and stop chanting.
