Imbolic 2014 Didn't do anything too fancy this year. Just made a brigid doll and a bed of rose leaves and petals for the doll. I realize the brigid doll/maiden is depicted quite young and there is a reason for that. For me the goddess is still just old enough to have fantasies about love, but not quite old enough to be the mother (there is still Beltane for that). The white you see is sea salt I used to cleanse the alter and the incense is patchouli. No tea lights this year, living in a no candle apartment. Happy Imbolic everyone!
