New Website Features

The new website, launched in December 2008 has several new membership features. As time goes on more features will be added.

  1. Newbie Central - A new section just for those new to the craft, along with an Aske the Expert section.
  2. Webcams - The chatter now supports webcams.
  3. Videos - Link directly to YouTube videos and fill our video library with videos on magic
  4. New Layout - We went from a 800x600 resolution layout to a new 1024x800 layout. The Old Layout is still available for those who like that version.
  5. New Chatter - The new chatter is on both the old and new site now, on the new site it onpage by default, but you can change this when you edit your profile.
  6. Custom Layout - When you edit your profile, you can control the items which appear on the right side of the page, including changing the chatter to be 'full screen' instread on 'on page'
  7. Friends - A new Friends feature allows you kept track of when your friends are online
  8. The Circle - A new moderator system where moderators admin themselves
  9. Covens - New coven system, where covens can be instantly created so smaller, informal groupings can be made, and promoted to full covens when they are worthy
  10. Favorites - You can now mark spells, articles, videos and forums as favorites, allowing you quick access to them from your profile page
