Greetings. I have found a tea that has greatly aided in my going to sleep. in fact, it is so powerful, it can put anyone to sleep in under an hour. The body has an innate ability to build up defenses really quickly so using this tea nightly may not work.

First what you need to do is go out and find some dandelions. Pick some of their leaves and dry them. The leaves will be the main ingredient in your tea. Once you have dried the leaves, make sure you have a tea ball to place them in. Go ahead and pick out your favorite tea packet from the cupboard (works best with Chamomile or Green Tea). Put some hot water in a cup and place your tea packet in the water, as though you were creating regular tea. Then, place 3-4 dried dandelion leaves in the tea ball and submerge it in your tea for 30 seconds (more or less). Then you are free to enjoy.

It may not taste very good, in which case you may add sugar or other flavors to neutralize it. You can dispose of the used leaves once you are done.
The tea works best if you use it once every two weeks. any more often, and you may not get the desired effect out of it.

ps: do NOT use too many leaves. i think the leaves contain a toxin which makes you sleep and it could harm you if you take too much.
