While meditating, I'm being visited by a strange shadow/blob (formless gray entity). It won't let me follow it or move passed it, or really move freely in my own mine at all, which I'm generally able to regularly. This entity isn't harming me, but it does feel as though its suppressing me and causing confusing and a lack of surety in where I'm meant to go next, though out side of meditation I feel as though my path is firm and where I'm supposed to be. Any suggestions on what to do or what may be causing this?
