Last night during the full moon I performed a healing spell for my husband. I reflected after I closed my circle, and then ate a little food which was recommended to me after my first two circles I have done left me restless and full of energy that I slept horrible!

Well, last night was no exception. I went to bed tired, then all of a sudden I was restless and freezing.. and I mean just didn't feel well, so I put on some long pants and grabbed a hematite to ground me and after a few minute I could feel the hematite slow me down a bit, and I did get warmer, however I did still sleep restless.

does this happen to anyone else? Am I doing something wrong, or perhaps something right??
