I'll shorten this, and basically tell you what happened to me.

I've been chronically ill for the past 5 years, and had 3 surgeries just last year. Last years surgeries were the result of an accident I had on Friday, December 13th. I slipped at home and broke my left distal bone all the way through.

Flash forward to February 13th (yes, Friday, again) of this year. I am sitting at a stoplight with my German Shepherd in the back seat, and a big work truck slams into us, going at least 30mph while I was at a dead stop. He was texting and driving, and was cited at fault. His insurance company already paid my insurance company for my totaled vehicle.

There is a case against the driver and his company's auto insurance for my many injuries. It just seems to be going on so long. I am just needing to settle sooner, rather than later, but I don't want to screw myself out of money I could possibly lose.

I never ask for anything, and always put others first. I am just so sick and worn out, and I will go so far as to admit I need a little help.

Are there any good spells that could help me accomplish this?
