I know this is probably going to be a stupid question but can i do a healing spell for myself. i've a lot of ill health which the usual roots of conventional medicines and doctors have all pretty much come to standstill. im desperate to get this constant pain under control (ideally gone but thats asking too much i know). i have pain in my back,ribs,hip,foot and my stomach and im so fed up of it. ive missed so much of my daughters life as im stuck in bed more often than not. i feel useless, but everything ive read seems to say it wont work if i try for myself. if it is possible could you tell me what i need to do please.im pretty new to all this and only tried small stuff for other people thank you for taking the time to read this
