I would like to perform this as my first spell. I'm a beginner as my question will clearly show, and I as was just questioning the timing. It mentions the moon being bright....does this mean I should cast it in the evening? And if I'm checking moon phases, what am I looking for best success in a bright moon? If I wish to cast it during the day, how best to adapt?

Lastly, it there a special way I need to dispose of the candle when complete. Do I just clean the holder after the candle fully burns and that is that?
