Hello, I'm new to this forum my name is Nathalie and I want to ask a question my son's grandparents have bad back pain and I'm trying to look for a cream remedy that helps I saw one with a cup of coconut oil and 15 cinnamon sticks and boil and simmer for two hours a the spoon of honey and let it cool for an hour and put in a jar to use has anyone tried it? And does it work I heard it brings a cool affect but when you rub it more it packs in a heat has anyone tried this if not do you know of any home remedies I can do at home to make him one please and thank you all
