Given the currrent health problem the world is facing, I am posting this as a reminder, we should follow our governements guidelines, regular hand washing, social distancing and staying home where we can. Dont panic, make sure you have enough food and supplies. Wash your hands. Use sleeves and PPE where possible. Pray and meditate. We can make it through.
