Blessed be, fellow peeps. I'm reaching out for some guidance regarding some unsettling experiences I've been having. I live in an area that was historically a mining town, and I've recently learned our homes are built on old mineshafts. Lately, I've been feeling a drain on my energy, experiencing persistent headaches, and noticing dark shadows, particularly at night, both in town and within my home.

This has coincided with episodes of sleep paralysis, which have become increasingly frequent. My relationship has also been strained recently, and I've felt quite unwell emotionally. However, a few weeks ago, I began perceiving a white, luminous figure in my peripheral vision. This presence doesn't feel negative at all; in fact, it evokes feelings of pure love.

More recently, I had a vivid experience one night where I saw what appeared to be a dark, shadowy figure at the bottom of my stairs and a white fox at the top. Initially, I dismissed it as being half-asleep. However, in my dreams, the white fox has been approaching me, and my energy levels have significantly improved. Now, upon waking, I still sense the white fox at the top of the stairs in my mind's eye, while the feeling of a dark presence at the bottom remains. Interestingly, my boyfriend feels uneasy going upstairs, even though he can't explain why. He's been sleeping downstairs, and I've woken up to what sounds like a howl when he comes upstairs at night. I'm hoping someone here might have some insight into what might be happening. Any perspectives or advice would be greatly appreciated.
