THE MIRROR SHIELD
"This is the best form of protection... visualize yourself in a small bubble of white light. With each out breath, push that bubble out so it grows and surround yourself in it including your feet. Next visualize small sheets of mirrors being placed on top of the bubble of white light so you can see it reflect. Now see the whole bubble surrounded in the mirrors so your incased in them. To add extra force see small spikes coming out of the mirrors so it looks like an old war weapon that they used to swing round on a chain, can't remember what it's called lol.
Do this every night before you go to sleep and nothing will be able to get close to you in the astral realm or in waking time."
