An easy way to make a simple psi ball in a short matter of time. Good for newbies.
A psi ball is simply a ball of energy which you can manipulate in your hands
Shake your hands out for a couple of seconds, then put your hands close together, not touching, but 2 or 3 inches apart. Your hands should be flat, as if you were clapping, not as if you were holding a ball. Clear your mind, focus on only the energy in and around your hands. Picture electricity shooting between your hands.
After a while (not long, maybe a minute or less, it will happen faster with practice) you will start to feel the energy forming between your hands. This will feel as if your hands are magnets. You can slowly pull your hands apart, you will feel the energy grow as you do so, then you can slowly press your hands closer together, as you do, you will feel the pressure in your hands. You may not get it very well on your first try, do it a couple more times until you get it. It will get easier to make psi balls as you practice.
To an extent, yes. As you practice you may start to get a sense of drag or resistance when slowly moving your hands. I think of it like starting to feel as if your hands are in water, or as if you were feeling a magnetic push-pull.
Unless you have a visual sensitivity/awareness of energies like seeing auras or other spiritual phenomenon you won't see the psi-ball. It is more a thing that is felt... though how you feel it can have some variety depending on the person. And the qualities of the energy being moved.
For example you could feel a moving warmth or flushed sensation in the arms and hands. Or a feeling of subtle resistance in the air between your hands as you slowly move them together/apart. Or you might feel a light tingling sensation. Or you might not feel any sensations at all but instead feel a wave of emotion move through you such as a feeling of unspecific compassion or the urge to relax and smile. Or even yawn. That happens to me a lot; Most times when I settle in and first begin to channel/move energy it makes me have a big ol' yawn even when I'm fully awake and alert.
That is like asking if a person can get the ability to dance. Technically, anyone can learn how to dance. And almost anyone can translate knowledge and practice into at least -some- level of skill. For some, it might be a natural predisposition, where dancing is a rewarding passion which inspires the hard constant work to Excell. Others might have a real desire to gain such high skill, but lack the means, time, or opportunities to bring the skill to its potential. All the way to people like me. I have two left feet and the coordination of a drunk octopus sailing down white-water rapids. I just sort of twitch and spasm dramatically... I suppose it works for techno, but that's about it.
Everyone has the potential to develop a sensitivity towards seeing energy/auras. Some have predispositions that make it easier (personality, eagerness, desire, determination, etc). Others gain access to things that facilitate learning the skill. (Access to books, teachers/guides, family support or lack thereof, and that sort of thing). So the question lies not in if someone can learn to see auras, but rather in where that person's skill might plateau, how determined they are in developing, and the individual circumstances of their ability to find resources/support and opportunities to practice.
So, in short, if you want to develop a skill like this then give it a go. And don't give up at the first signs of limitations. Like any other art, it is a lifelong process. Keep growing into it. Even if it does prove too far outside of your ability to work for, you can still learn from it. Learning which may take you in a new, more personally significant direction.
