While it is raining outside, go out and chant: "Hoe towea" pronounced "ho-wa tow-wa" repeatedly. You can raise your arms skyward if it helps.
Just chant: "Cold days, rainy days. Winds and gales will not prevail. Small breeze. Sun bright. Sun God, Apollo, shine with might!"
