This spell is for 4 people if it's for 1 then only use one candle that represents your element, and use 1 crystal placing it on your element.

Imagine your wolf form and recite the spell below one time.
As you recite the spell, imagine yourself shifting back and forth with ease.
''Let me shift at my will,
Into a wolf, from a human.
Let me shift at my will,

Let me shift at my will,
Wolf to human, human to wolf.
Teeth shift into fangs and back.
Hands and feet shift to paws and back.
A tail grows and shrinks,
Ears change from wolf to human and back.
Fur grows, fur disappears,
In the shifting from human to wolf,
In the shifting from wolf to human.
Give the tongue two dialects,
One of human, one of wolf.
Both may be spoken in either form.
May strength be bestowed on the wolf,
To carry whatever is needed upon its back.

#1025 - To Aid Falling Asleep
Light the candle, and let it burn for a little bit.
Write down the reason you can't sleep, what you are anxious about, or your worries/fears down on the paper.
Whisper:
''By the light of my flame,
Fears deep down i force you tame,
Allow my anxieties to melt away,
And for tonight let the peace stay,
Oh gods i ask of thee,
Send sweet sleep to me.
Sound, heavy, and peacefully i will rest,
Untill it is time for me to wake.
I ask thy gods to aid my sleep on this restless night,
This is my will, mote it be.''
Use the candle to light the paper, and then drop it into the bowl and let it burn to ash. Once it is burned, pour spring water over it and stir it with the feather.
Whisper:
''Feather of a foul, easy and light,
melt away all my fright,
for sleep will come to me tonight.''
Blow out the candle, leave the ash and water next to your bed all night, and lay in a position to fall asleep. Focus on a feeling of peace and the scent of the Eucalyptus and you will soon fall into a peaceful sleep.

I call upon the grand high witch to grant my plea. The fat on my body is dead to me. Suck it away. Gone in a day. Thigh gaps will appear and the cost will be dear. The cost is fat, and insulator, the thing that prevents the thigh gap. This is my will, so mote it be!
Imagine the fat reducing to the weight you want to be. Imagine a light of any colour you wish coming out of your hands, encasing yourself in a sphere.

#1028 - Cleansing Negative Energy
Cleansing your own negative energy:
Sit cross legged and point directly to west and east with your arms wide open. Then imagine a ball of positive energy gathering together in your hands. Hold the balls with your palms facing the sky. Start breathing deep and concentrating. Imagine all of your negative energy flowing around you like a red stream. Imagine the red stream divided into two and each one soaking into one of the balls and disappearing. Then imagine the white stream of the balls going inside your heart.
Cleansing someone elses negative energy:
Tell the person to sit cross legged and concentrate on freeing the negative energy in the atmosphere around His/Her head. Kneel before him/her and hold your hand upon his/her head. Create a ball of energy in the palm of your hand while holding your hand above his/her head, tell him /her to release the energy and make it soak into your hand. After that gather your fist and destroy the ball.

#1029 - Physical Body Change
Take the small piece of paper and write your name on it. Draw on it what body or body part you want changed and what you want it to look like. The picture could show the entire body or just the part.
Now hold the paper in your hands and imagine the body/part changing from what it looks like now to what you want it to look like.Then fold it up any way you like and tie it to the crystal.
Then once more visualize the body part changing. Put it away and every evening until the body is changed take it out and visualize it changing again. When the change is done tear the paper up and scatter it to the wind.

#1030 - Beautiful Skin
Get an apple and cut it in half horizontally across the middle. Once you cut it you will see a five pointed star.Rub one half of the apple over your face or the affected area. Say this:
"Apple, sacred fruit of the Goddess,
With this gift, I do caress
The pimple that brought me shame.
I banish this zit in your name."
Get another apple and cut it vertically from top to bottom. Rub one half of this over your face or affected area as well. Say this:
"I love and accept myself as I am today.
Clear skin I summon to come my way.
By my will, so mote it be"
Bury the first apple by a tree, bush or flower that is outside. Bury the second apple by water. If you can't find a place like this, just bury it anywhere and pour water over it.
