Sit in a quite room and imagin that someone or something you want to forget for about 2-3 minutes and then say 7 times:

Sit down on the ground again and then put your hands on one of the shoes. One hand on each show and imagine the magic inside of you flowing to the shoes, charging the shoes so you can run at an incredible speed. The spell gave you charging magic so you can run. 3. Gaze at the picture, and imagine yourself slowly floating to a parallel universe. Of course you aren't, but you must believe.
