Focus in your mind white then imagine healing defense and so on this is what you do before each spell and during each spell and the spells you do will work better

Say to the eye five times: "I wish to see my past a month ago" then bow.

Rub the place where something hurts and say: "Magic magic make (name) (body part that hurts ex. ankle) feel better!"

Campfire: Put the branches and leaves in the fire pit. When no ones' looking, say, "Zip o'zip, zip o'zap, zip o'zee."

Think of yourself (or whoever has a curse/spell on them) and why you don't want them to be cursed. Then say this incantation, "Reverse the spell, don't make me/him/her/them/us scream and yell".

Think of or look at a picture of who you want to bring back. Then say this: "Do not hate, do not my/his/her/their/our (who it what you want to come back) take."

Chant ''obturatio eaque militia dimittes eam converterent et agere triplicem in te''

Rough translation: "Stop this spell let it reverse and act three fold on thee".

Chant: "By the witches night may this illness take flight. By the witches day may this sickness go away. By the witches light may this we/I be able to fight. By the witches love may we/I rise above. By the witches magec may this harm none. As I will so mote it be" And say as many times you like at least 3 times.

When you are cold, chant:

"I am warm
Warm as fire
Being warm is my desire"

Keep chanting this until you are warm.
