All you have to do is say this spell aloud and think of the person to be cursed.

"I summon those beneath to listen to my grief. I want him/her to feel pain every time it rains. So mote it be".

Begin by clearing your mind. If meditation helps to calm and center you, do that. Visualize a bloody spot/wound while chanting the following:

Say this spell while laying in bed. It won't immediately put you to sleep but it should make you drowsy.

"Help me sleep,help me sleep well, help me rest with this Wiccan spell. "

After you say this, get into a position that is comfortable and close your eyes. Count backwards from 10, then try to fall asleep. It should be easier now!

If you have incense and candles, light them and let them fill the room beforehand. However, if not, sit on the floor or lay on your bed. Find a comfortable position and recite:

'I am peace, I am calm, I am love, trust, and hope. Please, send me the angels of times forgotten, and lead me to inner peace".

This wont make you fall asleep but it will help settle your mind after a long day! You can use this to calm and relax before bed.

Focus upon your enemy, clearly visualizing their face. Visualize the things about them that make you angry or that you dislike.

Chant the following:

"I have an enemy whose made me mad.
Make them shrivel and die like flowers.
May they suffer till death.
Spare them not".

If you follow a particular death deity, this would be an appropriate time to invoke them and to give them an offering and word of thanks.
