    take said human whether it be a friend or family member, lay them down on the floor, with the marker/paint put these runes as follows Ansuz, Uruz, Raido, Ansuz. (aura)

    using Golem Eyes put your hand on the said human's chest and put the 3 Aces where i say: 1: Head 2: Stomach 3: Your hand

    now take the knife and place it on said human's chest where your hands were and mutter:

    ''May the gods bless thee, with this knife i will cut your soul, with this knife i harm the negativity in your heart, with these cards you shall be reborn now dissipate, aura of evil make this one not part of your deeds, dismay to joy, wrath to calm, now i bind thee withing thy palm.''

    pour half of the holy water on human's chest and the rest on your hands so the evil will be cleansed.

    At night go to your safe place and light the candle pour the blood or the water in the container with the jeweled item inside make sure you can see your reflection in the mirror and hum for 3 minutes after that speak softly and say these words:

    God of the hunt and bringer of beasts look at thy offering for you to feast.
    If thou is willing then blow this candle make it dim.

    (RELIGHT THE CANDLE)

    May thou feast on this liquid to quench your thirst but i have a request of you first, bless this ring/pendant with your gifts.

    First get into a pure meditation state. Keeping your mind clear, inhale and exhale lightly but deeply. Next, think of one word and one word only. Kanima. Repeat it over and over in your head, not letting it slip away. Shut your eyes and imagine running free. the jaguar form of yourself is semi controlled. The sun raises above the hills and you arise as a human, disorientated, you put your hand on your head and get up from the crusty ground. You take a step and everything goes a bit..sparkly? You take a few more steps and what used to be a corn feild is now space. You are walking on a trail of stars. You decide to follow it and at the end is a jaguar, specifically the one you were earlier. Bow to it, as it approaches, look down and reach out one hand, if it touches your hand, look into its eyes and ask ''sir/mam', only you can grant my wish. Please will you allow me to be a Kanima. I understand the danger but also the advantage. I will take care of you and me aswell. Please?'' And step up. If it refuses to touch you, you aren't ready.
