In a true spell, it takes effort, time, and energy to make it work. You practically have to control your every thought, emotion and trigger all your senses. For a spiritual healing the best times to do this is either a full moon or waning moon (7 to 10 days after full moon), or dark moon ( 11 to 14 days). Best time to do a spell would be 3:00 am because that is when our spiritual veil is more open. Make sure you have done a protection spell before using any spell. Before you light the white candle ask for purity and protection. After you light the violet one, ask for spiritual healing, after you light the indigo, when you blow let it take you into a state of euphoria and clairvoyance. Then light both incense together and smell it closely and feel its energy. Hold it over you and talk to your god/gods or if you don’t believe in a god just talk to yourself. Vent, cry and heal. Take about 30 minutes. As the candles burn and the incense diminishes. Put a water bowl in front of you and acknowledge your taste, smell, touch, hearing, and higher abilities. Meditate on them. When you feel completely relaxed and ready to heal, take the water and hum "love" until you feel the water is full of light and love, then splash your face with the water and breathe in through your nose and out your mouth and smile.

• find a quiet place to do the spell
• take two of the candles and the sharp objiect and carve the friends name in one and their age in the other
• do the same with the other two candles except with your name and age
• place the candles with yours friends information facing the north and sourth. name faceing north, age facing south
• the place the candles with your name facing east, and age faceing west
• light the candles one by one calling out what is carved into them and what your purpose for them is.
• sit with your friend having the hurt part of them uncoverd from any cloth, even if internal
• concentrate on the candles and begin pulling only the good energy out of it
• hold your hands over the area where your friend is injured and begin relising the energy into that area wile chatning quietly

• say this a few times until you feel the pain, it will be in the exact same area as your friends but it wont be as bad.
• blow out the candles and scrape off the name and age from each candle

p.s. if you do this for a broken bone it will take some time to heal, and and accident will befall you causeing the bone to break in the same area as your friends. also your friend CAN'T use this spell to take the pain back. its a one way spell.

First, pour some milk into your favorite mug. Once you do that, place the mug in a microwave. Microwave the mug with the milk in it for forty seconds, or until it's heated up to the temperate you want.
