What should happen:
On the sixth day/night, you should notice that there is a ring of colour around your wrist and the symbols of a sin should be on your hand (small but big enough to read) in the same colour as that band on your wrist. That is the proof you are the human embodiment of that sin. You will be bound to a demon whom - if it wants, and if it deems the time is right - may talk to you, somehow.

The spell it self:
(Say this once for five nights before you go to bed/go to sleep)

Say 3-5 times day or night: "Gods and Goddesses, hear my plea, i wish to become a god/goddess forever a god of (death,life) i shall become a god instantly, turn me into a god at once, so mote it be." Note: All god spells require white magic if you don't have it god spells won't work that will be the only reason they are not working for you.

"I call upon a demon to be sent up from hell, to make (persons name) one with the demon, I shall become whole with the demon named (demon's name) I shall be it's human half, the seal's color will be (choose a color) please listen to my plea, by the power of three, so mote it be." Note: You should be able to use their powers and ability's if this works and they may take you to hell so don't blame me for what happens to you.

Prick your finger on a pin or needle and drop your blood on the item

When doing so chant this:

When the sun peeks over the horizon and that huge flash of light bursts free, light the match. (you can stop chanting after you drop your blood) and put the match up to the blood on your item. Wait until it boils to nothing. Do this step slow, you can't have your blood just burn up, watch it start to bubble and go into your charm, this step is vital! When your blood is gone, snuff out the match with the finger you cut, you can lick it so it doesn't burn as much. The dragon spirits are now with you.

Take the pencil and paper and draw your changed forms like if you chose draco wolf draw draco wolf form then write down it's element fold the paper do the same for wolf form and dragon form. Here is the spell, say spell 3 times: "I call upon the spirits of the moon, bring these drawing into real life, allow me to shift into these forms. My elements will be (choose 3 elements if chosen demon or draco wolf if not then 1 element) I shall be able to transform at will, please make this me. Say 3 times; night time works best:

"Werebeasts of the full moon, I wish to be a (choose a werebeast like wereleopard or werecyote) iIshall be able to change at will and shall not be able to change back to normal untill 1 hour after the transformation, by the power of the forest, so mote it be."

1. Pour the oil into the pot, add water, and whisk thoroughly.
2. Turn the heat on to low, sprinkle lightly sugar, add petals, stir, and leave to sit for two minutes.
3. Take off and get three incense sticks, cast them in the mixture, and pour the remains of the liquid into the bottle (if it is big enough), and place in the three incense sticks so they are sitting nicely in the bottle, and set to burn.

When it starts to burn chant:
