Go somewhere where the Sun is shining on you. If it is a cloudy day either ask the Sun to come put or ask the clouds to move. Raise your arms up a little bit with your palms facing outwards. Now feel the Suns energy.

Now imagine absorbing the golden solar energy that the Sun is giving you. When you feel soothed and calm, imagine the energy gathering into a ball. Now you can move that energy by imagining it moving. This energy can heal.

After you are done, try to imagine the solar energy exiting your body. I used to leave energy in my body and I would get migraines and pains.

Hold your hand over a wound or anywhere you want to heal, it doesn't have to be on you and say 'be healed'. Hold your hand above the wound until it feels warm, then take your hand away whenever you feel ready.

Method 1:
Take your boiling water (be careful with this!) Add it to either a glass bowl or keep it in the pot and add the salt. After that, take off the outside peel of the lemon and add it to the water letting it sit for 3 minutes. Then add your cinnamon stick now let it sit for an additional 3 minutes. Then take your dropper and add 6 drops of peppermint oil. Inhale the steam.

Method 2:

Cut up your lemon into thin slices and add it to your water. Chop up your cinnamon stick and add the chunks to the water. Lastly chop up your peppermint leaf and stem, add it to your water. Steep for 2-4minutes. Inhale the steam.

Before you begin speak; " Thank you " x7 with as much gratitude as if you have already received your wish.

Then, Concentrate on only what you need. Say the following

"I give, because I'm generous.I take because I ask.
What I well deserve is what I will get.
I deserve (whatever you need) I need (whatever you need)
I will get (whatever you need) so be it, and so it is."

And if you use this for a love wish, don't say;

" I deserve (who you want to go out with's name)..." and all that, Instead say;

I deserve someone like (guy/girl's name)."
