This is how to make a wish. I have only tested this once and it worked.

Take your blessed pen and neatly write the date on one of the pages in the notebook in parentheses. Example: (4/6/14). Next write your wish, put a lot of details in the wish too. At the end of your wish, put the date that you want the wish to come true on. This wish spell's effects depend on how much belief and faith the person casting the spell has. This wish spell also works well if it's something good, like if your friend has been sick for 7 days (That literally happened for 14 days, but it wasn't my friend) and you want them to get better.
If you canīt concentrate well, and everything drags your attention, this is the right spell for you.

Light candle and chant: "My concentration let it be high for maths (or whatever subject). I want it to got it all under my control. So mote it be." Then blow out candle and breathe in a little smoke.

Say this for 3 days : "Oh sacred heart of Jesus. In the past I have asked for favors. This time I ask tis very special one (favor). Take it dear Jesus and place it within your own broken heart where your father sees it and in your mercilful eyes it will become your favor not mine. Amen".

Get an item that can relate to your wish or is similar. Take the object and put it under a light source (example: lamp, lightbulb, flashlight)
Chant the following once: "Gods and Goddesses, hear my plea. Make my wish come to be. Day into darkness, it shall be there. As long as I want it, it shall be there. So mote it be."
Rub your hands together for ten seconds and imagine your wish working. Touch the object and then take it out of the light.
This is a version of a wish spell I learned before for a different goal, I adapted it & tried it out. I'd have to say that since it took only 48 hours after casting that if your intentions are true but not specific that it works!

Burn the incense while inhaling in a feeling of comfort, really clear your head so that you can concentrate on what you need from a real love! Take the piv inscribing it with a heart, now annoint the candle with the oil saying "I promise I will always cherish the blessing of true love!" Be as specific in what you need as possible and write the list down with the ink and pen. Now turn the paper over and trace a pentacle in it. Fold the paper 3 times while continuing to chant. "I promise and thank you for the true love that's coming into my life" Hold the paper to your heart area and really press emontion into that paper, mark it with your intent! Now burn that paper as you continue chanting. Raise your arms, thank your deities for their presence, allow the candle to burn out. Now forget about what you just did and blessed be!
You can go without the alfalfa if none is on hand. Take Alfalfa leaf, clover leaf, and cabbage leaf, and ground them up. Sprinkle some into your chamomile tea, then chant this:
"Fortuna, Tyche, goddess of luck. Grant me your guiding hand for one day so I may succeed. You are a glory, the maker of luck. Favor me, though I do not deserve to be in your presence. So mote it be."
Then take a drink of the tea, finish it all. You will (hopefully) have good luck for one day. It's also very good to send her a burnt offering, like roasting marshmallows over a candle in her name if you haven't anything better.

Focus your eye on the energy source you want to receive energy from. Imagine white smoke coming out of the source's body and into your hands, do this until satisfied.. Practice makes perfect.

At midnight under a full moon you must go outside and hold up your object. Close your eyes and focus hard until you can visualize an image of a moon and the object together. Now close your eyes, wear the object, and chant three times:
"Oh spirits of dark
Listen as I call thee.
Make me one of your kind
As I wish to be.
Let me be reborn
Tomorrow as the sun rises.
