Put your hands over the shells/seeds and then chant three times:
"Lord of Life I call on thee, give these Shells/seeds the power to see.
Make them truthful so they cannot lie. None up is no, one up maybe, two up most likely, all up certainly."
Now you can use the shells/seeds as dice. Ask them any Yes or No question. As in the spell: None up is no, one up maybe, two up is most likely, all up is certainly. Try and ask different ways for best results.
Light the candle, then pour your 20 drops of blood in the full moon blessed water and drink the mixture.Then, protect the candle and don't let it go out for about 2 hours. Chant this when done with drinking the mixture:

Light the green candle, then sprinkle cinnamon and jasmine around the candle while focusing on prosperity. Say this spell outside in a chalk drawn circle: "The light of you, I need. The light of you, I thirst for. I need your light now, oh great Goddess Selene. Hear my plea!". Close your eyes and crouch down in a circle. Light the pink candle
Now take a knife or something sharp and gently cut your finger, drawing blood. Use it to draw a moon within the circle. Stare up at the moon in the sky and see it grow brighter.
Carve and dress a green candle to express your desire and intent. Place it on a saucer, then arrange coins around the base of the candle. As you light the candle, chant: "Money grow, money flow. Candle burn, now watch me earn. Money grow, money flow. Flame shine on what is now mine".
This spell is actually quite simple. You don't need to be almost asleep, and you don't need a bunch of ingredients or great concentration. All you have to do before you go to sleep is repeat this in your head: I will remember each dream I have. I will wake up after each dream I have, and think over my experiences. Repeat that in your head over and over until you think it has 'stuck' to your brain. And every now and then while trying to get to sleep, say it in your head a couple more times. Upon waking, if you did this enough time, then you should remember at least 1 dream that night.

Place candle(s) on your window sill in the moonlight. Stand before them, with your hands outstretched over them. Concentrate, visualise the moons light charging the candles with loving protection, and say:
"Charge this candle by my will, The colour one sitting on my sill. Charge with power and with love, And protective rays from up above. From sun to moon and moon to me, to this protection candle, so mote it be!"
Another variation of the chant is:
"Mother Moon, Please come soon. Lend me your love, And your light from above. Make me a light, To carry through the night. Charge this candle with protection, colour and tall like your protection. Shine your love for all to see, A protection candle, so mote it be!"
Say it as many times as you feel is necessary. Leave the candle on your sill in the moonlight overnight.
