Simply say

"Slower than me you shall run. You deserve this for making fun of how I run. I will put this curse on you for what you did, so mote it be".

Then point to the person you want to curse

Put most of your ice plant juice in the bowl of water. Scatter the crumbled shells in the bowl. Put the blood on the rock and a drop of ice plant juice on top. Smear it on the top of the rock. Gently put the rock in the middle of the bowl and chant

Then make a wish

Say this while looking at the person with the glass and say

You cursed them forever or well until the spell is dead.

Spray the perfume all around you. Place the chocolate as an offering to the fairy. Place the pillow behind the chocolate and say

Chant the spell outside 3x:
