On a full moon, take a mirror and go outside.
(If you can't then open a window, make sure the moon is reflected on the mirror.) Take a piece of a picture (Hair, lips, eyes, whatever you are interested in changing)
place it on the mirror and concentrate on it and say:
"Moonshine, Starlight,

Say it 3 times and concentrate on the part that you want to change, Then say...

Say it 3 times and when you are finished light a candle (pink) or incense.

Mix up the tomato juice and hair in the bowl.
Have the targeted person drink the juice (with hair) by noon or exact midnight.
After he/she drinks it pour the blood on yourself.
Wait 3 days then the target person will start having nightmares.
Make sure all lights are off, sit on the ground and place the rose patals in a circle around you, then light the white candle with a wood match. Then close your eyes and hum a soft tune to yourself. At the end of the tune Say 'Fairy of (Whatever type), come to me'
