Instructions:

1. Sit down with your legs crossed.
2. Clear your mind and become one with yourself.
3. Your mind truly needs to be clear in order for this to work.
4. Then hold out both of your arms, and have your recessive hand hand and your projective hand in a fist, both arms parallel to each other.
5. Feel the energies of the universe entering into your recessive hand and flowing through your body towards your projective hand.
6. Let the energy build up in your projective hand until you feel you have an immense amount of energy.
7. Then fling your arms to the right, open your projective and while doing this, and envision the energies flying towards your goal.

This, if practiced, will become a very powerful and useful talent.

Imagine something unknown to yourself.
Examples: Aliens, Gods, or Angels.

Say:

"This is my right of life
to be powerful in light.
Feel my inner power alright,
let me see this so bright.
awaken the sight so mote it be."

If you find you need a little help in lucid dreaming, or you want to learn the answer to a specific problem, this charm bag is a great tool. It soothes the waking mind and helps your sleeping mind to focus.

Make or buy a small draw-string bag about 1-2 inches deep. Put in a pinch or two of each of the following:

• peppermint
• cinnamon
• lemon verbena
• marigold
• vervain
• hops

During the full moon, put the bag together, then consecrate and charge it. Make certain it is tied tightly. Before sleep each night, rub the bag over your third eye (center of forehead) and concentrate on the question, problem or situation. Then place the bag under your pillow. Continue to concentrate on the situation as you drift off. When you wake, jot down whatever you remember in your dream journal. Your question should be answered within the first few nights. Remember dreams can be symbolic or literal.

This pouch can also help increase your skill at lucid dreaming, by keeping your mind focused on the fact that you are just dreaming.

First it has to be night time, around 9:00-11:30 pm. You can be outside or inside (perferably inside)

1: Draw a circle on the floor or on a large piece of paper, with chalk or red sharpie.

2: Get a small bowl or cup of warm water.

3: Stand inside of the circle and say:

"Oh God of Darkness, grant me my darkest wish. I wish to be a vampire with pearl white skin, retractable fangs, super speed, and everything else a vampire has. I wish to become one with the night, a child of the darkness. This I wish, So Mote It Be!"

4: Prick your thumb with the needle and put three drops of your blood into the cup/ bowl of water.

5: Close your eyes and imagine yourself as a vampire.

6: Believe in the Spell/ potion!!!!!

Sit near the window, light the candle, circle you hand in front of the flame as if you were circling the flame around you, and say the following as many times as needed:

"Release all this negative energy from this room, from this house, from myself. Let all the positive energy come in"

Be sure to take deep breaths in between the spell. You must be near an open window for this to work. Otherwise, the negative energy will circle around you.

"Oh, goddess of victory, give me your speed, I need it desperately, right now."

Place the towel/flannel in the water, then squeeze most of it out and lie it down on the floor. Put the candle on it (has to be lit already). If the object is a drawing/printout, place it under the candle. If not, put it in front of the candle.

Pour a small amount of water (like a few drips, but it has to put the candle out and go over the item) over the candle and object. If it is a printout/drawing, take it out from under the candle. Make sure it doesn't rip. If it is an object, just hold it.

After holding the item for about 2 seconds, place it down. Move your hand where you want it to move/go/follow/whatever and imagine it following your hand. Make sure to use the same hand every time; only one hand will be able to do the tele/psychokinesis until you train the other one.

Practice imagining this for a few days (with the same item) until it moves. Even if it's a tiny bit, if it moves it's fine. Now start trying to move it, you don't have to imagine it. Only try moving it less than a metre for now.

Practice. It will probably take up to a month to move this object. Once you can move it, try other objects of the same size, then slowly get bigger. In about 2 months you could start being able to move living things, 3 months large objects like rocks, 4 possibly cars and even humans.

First, If you've seen the object, make a 3D image in your mind of exactly how it looks. Keep it there. Now if you haven't seen the object, Picture the person's energy. Make sure they are happy. Now that you are ready, stay relaxed. Recite this spell:

"Allow this object far away to be protected always. For it is needed, for it is good. Allow _______ (Whoever its for) be protected. So mote it be!"

Let the image slowly fade away in nothingness.
