Breathe in until you slowly count to four and then breathe out until you count to four. (Repeat or if uncomfortable, breathe at own pace. I however prefer to have a steady breathing rate).
Imagine a tiny green ball of light in the core of your body (in your abdomen area). With every breath you inhale it gets bigger, but with every breath you exhale, it gets smaller.
Imagine that every time you inhale (ball still growing) you feel your stress growing and then when you exhale (ball still shrinking)you feel the stress getting pushed out of your body.
With each and every breath you take, the stress is becoming less and less. Imagine your negativity leaking out of your fingers and toes until your mind is empty of all stress.

You have to connect with the person, you can't force them they have to want this. Connect your aura to theirs and feel them wanting to change then get them or yourself to read this incantation:

#4383 - Get a Water Tiger Companion
Make a circle with the candles, each color across from its match and light them. Color in the picture for what you want your tiger to look like. Put what you want its name to be and the power(s) you want it to have above the colored picture. Put the paper and amulet inside the circle when you're done. Say:
"A water tiger
Is what I desire.
His/her name will be (name of tiger)
And (color(s) you chose) all over.
Give him the power of (power(s) you chose)
Water spirits, send him in four days.
So mote it be."
Light the paper on fire and let the candles burn themselves out. Always wear the amulet, for that's where s/he will come from on the fourth day, and keep it on for the rest of your life. Your water tiger will be your family's companion and protector.

#4389 - Fill You With Positive Energies
Feel your spirit, then fill it with life, love, peace and happiness and joy. If you wish to turn your spirit into any other these emotions, then pick the emotion you want to be filled with, then turn your spirit, aura and energy into the emotion you want to feel. Your spirit feels like the the energy that's inside you, it feels like the the body within you except it's made from energy, and what your soul and the other part of your spirit is the aura.
Anyways fill the spirits energy with the emotion and turn it into that emotion and it shall remain like that forever or for a long period of time, usually negative energies cancels out the spirits emotion. This is a example of what you do with your picked emotion: feel the body within your body which is made of energy turn into love, then fill the aura with love
To fill you up with life
Fill your inner body which is your spirit that's made of energy turn into life, then fill it with life and your aura.
